Resource Details

The Education Law Advocacy Project provides FREE legal representation and advice on a wide range of education related problems to LOW-INCOME children and youth. The project assists families on problems such as low academic achievement; denial of appropriate educational services to children with disabilities, children with limited English proficiency, children facing homelessness, and youth who have dropped out of school; frequent school suspensions; expulsion; discrimination and harassment in schools. Callers will be screened for project eligibility.<br>
