Building Lives assists youth offenders ages 16-21 in St. Paul, Minnesota. The program applies an intensive, youth development approach that enables youth to avoid criminal behaviors and develop the skills necessary to be productive members of the community. Key componets of the Building Lives program are education, employment, support services and the long-term involvement of a caring adult.
