Minnesota Employment Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing People

MEC is a customized employment program that provides job assessment and evaluation, job placement, job coaching, and supported employment services to people who are deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind. The goal is to help move people toward greater self-sufficiency through meaningful employment.
